Refund and Cancellation Policy
Version 1 · Last updated October 30, 2026
This page is a template under legal review. Items in [square brackets] are placeholders that will be completed before it is final.
In short: you can cancel a paid plan at any time, and the first payment for a plan is fully refunded if you ask within 14 days. Renewal payments are not refunded, and the Free plan never needs a payment. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free plan
The Free plan (up to 50 pages per site audit and 3 site audits per 24 hours) needs no card and no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Cancelling a paid plan
- You can cancel a paid plan (Professional, Max or Max Pro) at any time through our contact form.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your saved reports stay available.
- We confirm every cancellation in writing.
14-day refund on your first payment
- If you ask within 14 days of the first payment for a plan, we refund that payment in full, whatever you have used.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- The 14-day refund applies once per customer and plan.
Renewals and upgrades
- Renewal payments (the second month onwards) are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- If you upgrade, the 14-day refund applies to the first payment of the new plan.
- If we charge you by mistake, or the service was unavailable for a large part of a paid period because of us, we refund the affected amount.
How to ask for a refund
Send a request through our contact form or to support@contentmas.com with the email address of your account and the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
